This was my second time visiting, and once again the food was very good. The atmosphere is quiet, and each time I’ve come it hasn’t seemed very busy, although I may have just visited earlier in the day. The only downside during this visit was the service. Our waitress seemed very rushed and didn’t give us enough time to finish ordering. On more than one occasion, it felt like she was trying to move on before we had finished speaking, and I even had to let her know that we weren’t done ordering. I never felt like she was fully listening to make sure our order was correct. I don’t know if she was under time pressure or simply having a busy moment, but regardless, I believe every customer deserves your full attention while placing an order. Fortunately, the quality of the food was still excellent, which is why I would return.

Went for a bday dinner early evening. Sat at the bar for happy hour while waiting on our full party to arrive. Bartender was amazing, helpful, and REALLY good at his job! Food was good. Hibachi chef was awesome. All staff members were attentive. Loved the bday song and they give you a dessert. Will definitely return for happy hour soon (and hibachi again also). They are under new management so check them out!

I planned a group meal here for 9 people, and it was absolutely fantastic. We had our own room to sit in. The chef was fantastic and entertaining. The food was excellent, and the portions were large. (Most people got to go boxes at the end.) The service was also exceptional. Highly recommend!

We decided to try something new and this was the right choice. Clean. Comfortable and intimate. The decor was a bit more modern and offered clean rooms to find in. I loved the in the wall wine racks.

I’ve been coming to Taki Restaurant regularly and have never had an issue, until today. I ordered a double rice chicken and shrimp hibachi, but when I got home there was no rice in my order at all. I called the restaurant and drove back about 15 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived, I wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged about the mistake. The hostess simply went to get the rice and handed it over with no apology or concern for the inconvenience. It felt very dismissive, especially after I had to go out of my way to correct an error on their end. On top of that, the chicken in my meal was burnt and not edible. It was hard, dry, and honestly difficult to eat. By the time everything was corrected, my food was cold and the overall experience was very disappointing. I’ve always enjoyed this place, which is why today was such a letdown. Between the missing food, lack of customer service, and poor food quality, I’m genuinely reconsidering coming back.
